With a Masters in Food Science and Technology from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from St. Xavier’s College, India, Niyati brings exceptional academic credentials to the Power Brands Food Science division. Niyati’s extensive knowledge of beverage processing, preservatives, extracts, flavors, coloring, and natural and organic ingredients, allows her to provide expert guidance to clients and develop exceptional formulations in the lab.
A native of Southern California, Alina graduated from California State University Northridge with a degree in Food Science and Technology. She began her professional career in the flavor industry, where she was responsible for developing a variety of products such as baked goods, bars and beverages. Her passion for innovation and her knowledge of food and beverage development allows her to work creatively and effectively on new beverages.
Ozzie has been with Power Brands for over six years. He started as a lab technician and with his passion for food science he has progressed into working on projects independently. He leads the prototype development in the lab and assists the other lab technicians with beverage development. Ozzie is also currently pursuing his degree in Food Science and Technology.
Cathy graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2012 with a bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology. She began her career with Power Brands as an Intern and is currently a Lab Technologist, assisting the Beverage Scientists with research and development. Cathy also assists with various formulations and prototype development for many of the upcoming brands. Cathy is eager to learn everything about the Food and Beverage industry, which really makes her an asset to the Beverage Development team.
